✔️Our team will visually inspect system components and check motors and compressor amp draw
✔️Inspect and test capacitors along with performing a safety inspection on all HVAC devices for proper operation
✔️Your licensed technician will also inspect blower wheels and fan blades along with motor bearings for wear
✔️During the inspection, our team will inspect the ductwork and check vent piping (gas or oil furnace)
✔️Inspection of the heat exchanger inside the gas or oil furnace.
✔️The technician will also check the auxiliary heat (heat pump and duel fuel systems)
✔️An inspection of refrigerant pressure, and we’ll check and clean the drains and condensation pump
✔️We’ll chemically clean indoor and outdoor coils (1 time per year)
