Emergency Service/HVAC Repair

I had a couple different companies come out to give me an estimate on replacing one of my HVAC units for my downstairs. Hands down the best decision made having Carolina Comfort do the Job. Nolan came out and gave me the information I needed to make the best decision. His crew came out and knocked out the job and went above and beyond. Hands down they were they the best price for the best products and service and the most friendly and helpful of any of the companies that came out. Not only would I use them again but they are now my HVAC company of choice. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks again for all your help and support!

What an outstanding customer service experience we had with this company! It was a 90 degree day and we had been gone all day. Came home at 9:00 to a 85 degree house. The HVAC company we had been using the last several years had just kind of disappeared off the face of the earth. We had heard really good things about Carolina Comfort, so I pulled up their Facebook page and it said “always open”. I hit “call now” expecting to get an answering machine to leave a message so hopefully we could get a call back the next day. Much to my surprise, Jason answered! He was at our house within 30 minutes! And within an hour, he had our system up and running! Thank you Jason! We have found our new HVAC provider!
